We do not hide behind false promises and small print, so the following information clarifies our 2 to 3 day service commitment to you.
The first working day will be the day the document arrives at our office before 10.30am. We will endeavour to complete any late arrivals in the same timescale but occasionally this may add one day.
If your document has not been certified by a solicitor or notary public then we may need to arrange for one of our solicitors to certify the document. This may add one day to the processing time depending on the time your document arrives (our solicitors may be in meetings with customers).
Working days are Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and KZ public holidays are not working days (our staff need some time off).
We will endeavour to dispatch your document on (normally before) the second full working day. We record all outbound post in a post register. If you select first class post delivery, we cannot control when you receive the document as there is no tracking. First class mail should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days of posting. Airmail may take several days depending on your location, but we do not recommend this for South America or the Middle East.
We recommend all customers select return delivery by either Next Day Courier or DHL for quick, safe return of the document.
